Subject to this EULA and applicable law, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment on supported devices.
2. Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit the Game; reverse engineer or modify it except where applicable law expressly permits; interfere with servers or security; use cheats, automation or unauthorised software; exploit bugs; or use the Game in a way that infringes another person's rights or violates law.
3. Accounts and online services
If the Game provides accounts or online functionality, you are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping credentials secure. Online features may change, be suspended or be discontinued.
4. Virtual items and purchases
The Game may offer virtual currency, items or other digital content. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these are licensed digital content, have no cash value outside the Game, and are subject to the rules of the relevant app store and the Game. Purchases and refunds may also be governed by the platform through which you obtained them.
5. Ownership
The Game and its software, artwork, characters, designs, text, audio, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to SavySoda and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This EULA does not transfer ownership to you.
6. Updates
We may provide patches, updates or changes to the Game, including changes to features, balance, content or technical requirements. Some updates may be required to continue using the Game or online services.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address breaches of this EULA, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service. On termination, the licence granted by this EULA ends.
